Hester Gray Handwoven Rattan Catchall Bowls, Set of Three

Handwoven rattan catchall bowls with low, rounded sides, the Hester bowl set brings natural texture to everyday storage. Three graduated bowls offer separate places for small belongings in the kitchen, bedroom or home office, with a clay-dyed gray finish that lets the character of the rattan show through.

Ideal for: Modern Farmhouse, Rustic and Scandinavian rooms where useful storage also contributes to the overall arrangement.

Key Features

• Handwoven Kubu Rattan: Thick rattan strands create a substantial, tactile weave. The visible construction gives each bowl a relaxed character that complements smoother furniture and accessories without requiring an elaborate display.
• Low, Rounded Form: Shallow sides keep the contents visible and accessible, while a rounded rim gives each bowl a clearly defined outline. The open weave continues across the base for a consistent appearance.
• Clay-Dyed Gray Finish: The rattan is soaked in clay mud and dried naturally in the sun. Gray and warmer natural tones sit together across the strands, giving the finish a varied, earthy appearance.
• Three Graduated Bowls: The set includes large, medium and small bowls. Use them together for a repeated woven detail or distribute them across different rooms to give separate surfaces a related storage solution.
• Everyday Catchall Storage: Gather small household belongings in one visible place instead of spreading them across the tabletop. The different footprints offer options for organizing a kitchen counter, dressing area or home-office surface.
• Relaxed Interior Styling: Natural texture brings warmth to pale cabinetry, painted furniture and simple shelving. The restrained palette works with both rustic materials and cleaner Scandinavian lines, keeping the bowls easy to incorporate into an established room.

Care & Use

For indoor use only. Dust with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals.

Design & Atmosphere

The bowls take their identity from the weave rather than added ornament. Rounded rims contain the loose rhythm of the rattan strands, giving each piece enough definition to feel considered without appearing overly formal.

Light catches the raised strands and settles into the gaps between them. This changing pattern gives the muted finish depth, particularly against a smooth stone counter or the flat surface of a painted cabinet.

The largest bowl anchors a broad surface, while the smaller pieces suit more compact arrangements. Keep enough clear space around each rim to make the contents easy to reach and the outline easy to appreciate.

In a country kitchen, the texture feels familiar beside timber and linen. In a simpler contemporary room, it provides a softer counterpoint to straight edges, bringing a natural material into an otherwise restrained arrangement.

Placed where belongings tend to gather, a catchall can make daily routines feel more orderly. These three bowls give that practical gesture a decorative presence, turning useful storage into a thoughtful part of the room.

Curator’s Styling Tip

Use the smallest bowl for folded fabric napkins on a kitchen shelf, with a smooth ceramic jug beside it. The fabric softens the open weave while the jug adds a contrasting surface.

Bring natural texture and considered storage home with this graduated rattan bowl set.
