Refund policy

At Delamere Design, your happiness with your purchase is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your item, most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit. Please ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Unfortunately there are no returns on Napa Home & Garden.  Certain items may require a restocking fee. 

Unfortunately, we are not able to take returns on custom made products.

All items carry an acceptable tolerance variation due to the handcrafted nature, please note that color may differ slightly from how it appears on your screen due to varying monitor settings

To start a return, you may contact us, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
